In this release we began to use NGINX as a reverse proxy server. In general, we open all necessary ports for HDP and HDF to communicate with each other, hence, Connected Data Architecture (CDA).

Hardware requirements
by Rizwan Kaif on February 21, 2019 at 8:15 am

What are the hardware requirements to install the VMWare Sandbox? How much RAM and Disk space should be available on the drive in order to run the VMWare sandbox? VMWare sandbox on my machine is taking up about 85 Gb.

missing all services HDFS, Druid, Superset
by Eino Mäkitalo on May 5, 2018 at 2:06 am

These services mentioned in "Services In Maintenance Mode" are not at all there. (I spent several hours with docker version of HDF sandbox to find it out that in Ambari there is no these services) You should NOT download HDF 3.1.0 Sandbox if you are planning to do those tutorials Truck iot etc :-(. People are asking this, but unfortunately you should use HDP only I think. (I think you should have only one package to download)
